We process personal data in the following situations:

• Contact form and WhatsApp — name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
• Account — email address, name and password (encrypted) when you create a free account for market data access and saved favourites.
• Website usage — anonymised statistics via Google Analytics (only after your consent via the cookie banner).

• Responding to your enquiry or message (legitimate interest).
• Providing account functionality such as saved favourites and market reports (performance of contract).
• Improving our website based on anonymised statistics (consent).
• Sending relevant property suggestions, only where you have asked for them (consent).

We never sell your data. We work with a small number of processors that power our platform:

• Supabase — secure account storage and authentication.
• Google Analytics — anonymised visitor statistics (only after consent).
• Mapbox — interactive maps; your IP address may be processed when maps load.
• Sanity — blog content management (does not process visitor data).

Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Some processors are located outside the EEA; in that case they provide appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Contact enquiries: up to 2 years after last contact.
• Account data: while your account is active; deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months (Google Analytics setting).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@mooyproperties.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage and restricted access to personal data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes we notify account holders by email.
