Our story
Two disciplines. One vision.
Mooy grew out of a shared passion for architecture, design and the Spanish way of life. What started as a love for remarkable places along the Costa del Sol became a clear conviction: buying a home in Spain should be personal, transparent and free of worry.
We believe a successful purchase doesn't start with the property, but with the people who will live in it. So we don't take the home as our starting point, but your wishes, your lifestyle and your plans for the future. Only then do we select the locations and properties that genuinely match.
That personal approach shapes the way we work. We deliberately guide a limited number of buyers at a time, leaving room for attention, quality and a process built entirely around the person behind the purchase.

At Mooy, real estate and interior design come together. That combination lets us look beyond the purchase itself. We guide the entire journey: from first orientation and careful selection through to the legal completion, the handover of the keys and, if you wish, a fully furnished interior by Studio Mooy.
We work independently, advise honestly and think long term. Not from a sales perspective, but from the conviction that a home is only the right choice when it fits the way you live, today and in the years ahead.
To us a home is more than an investment. It's a place where memories are made, where calm settles in and where you want to feel at home from the very first day.

Mooy was founded by brother and sister Sohaib and Boutaina, each bringing their own expertise. Driven by a shared passion for property, design and the Costa del Sol, they are building a personal buying experience centred on quality, trust and attention.
